This warranty applies to the original purchaser or the original recipient of a verified gift purchased directly from NeuBloom Jewelry. Proof of purchase is required.
What the Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship that were present when the jewelry was made, including:
- Faulty clasps or closure mechanisms
- Defective connections, hinges, links, or metalwork
- Loose prongs or settings resulting from a manufacturing defect
- Other craftsmanship-related issues confirmed through inspection by NeuBloom Jewelry
What Is Not Covered:
- Lost, misplaced, or stolen jewelry
- Replacement of an entire piece that is unavailable for inspection
- Loss allegedly resulting from the failure, damage, or separation of a clasp, setting, prong, link, chain, hinge, or other component
- Lost diamonds, gemstones, or components unless NeuBloom confirms that the loss resulted directly from a manufacturing defect
- Scratches, dents, bending, stretching, thinning, discoloration, or other ordinary wear
- Damage caused by impact, force, snagging, pulling, crushing, dropping, improper storage, or accidental misuse
- Damage caused by improper care or exposure to chemicals, perfume, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, pools, or hot tubs
- Changes in fit, finish, plating, or appearance resulting from normal wear
- Damage related to repairs, resizing, alterations, or services performed by someone other than NeuBloom Jewelry
- Differences considered normal for handcrafted jewelry or natural variations in materials
Because gold is naturally malleable, clasps, prongs, settings, and links may become bent or misaligned through wear, pressure, impact, or snagging. Such damage is not considered a manufacturing defect unless our inspection determines otherwise.
