What the Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturing defects: Any issues related to the craftsmanship or materials, such as faulty clasps, loose settings, or issues with the metalwork.
- Stone settings: Loose prongs or settings caused by normal wear will be repaired to secure the stones.
What Is Not Covered:
While our warranty covers manufacturing defects, it does not include the following:
- General wear and tear: Scratches, thinning prongs, or fading over time from normal wear.
- Damage due to trauma: Any loss of stones or damage caused by impact or force is not covered.
- Improper care or exposure to chemicals: Fading or discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals (e.g., perfume, cleaning agents, chlorine) or environments like hot tubs and pools.
- Loss or theft: The warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry.
Complimentary Resizing Services:
We understand that finding the perfect fit for your jewelry can be challenging, and we want to make the sizing process is as easy as possible. That’s why we offer complimentary resizing services to ensure your jewelry fits just right. Whether it's adjusting a ring or bracelet, we're here to help.
However, please note that if resizing requires additional precious metal or diamonds, there may be an additional charge. The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs when sending and receiving the item for resizing.
